4. Event Hosting and Subscription

Our Application allows users to host and subscribe to events such as yoga, fitness, reading groups, and other activities in and around Cubbon Park.

4.1 Event Hosting

When hosting an event through our Application:

• You may host up to 3 active events at any given time
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all event information
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must have all necessary permits and authorizations to conduct your event
• You must not host events that promote illegal activities or violate the rights of others
• You are solely responsible for the management and safety of your event
• You must honor the event capacity you set and not overbook your event
• You must communicate promptly with subscribers regarding any changes or cancellations

4.2 Event Subscription

When subscribing to events through our Application:

• You may subscribe to any number of events based on availability
• You must respect the rules and guidelines set by event hosts
• You acknowledge that we do not verify the credentials or background of event hosts
• You participate in events at your own risk
• You are responsible for your own safety and well-being while attending events
• You should notify the host if you can no longer attend an event you've subscribed to

4.3 Prohibited Events

The following types of events are prohibited:

• Events that promote or facilitate illegal activities
• Events that involve harassment, discrimination, or harm to others
• Events that infringe on the rights of others
• Events that violate park regulations or local ordinances
• Events that misrepresent their nature or purpose
• Commercial events without proper authorization

We reserve the right to remove any event listing that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Application, including event descriptions, images, and communications.

By submitting content to the Application, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Application.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Cubbon Park Information

Our Application provides information about Cubbon Park history and activities. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. The information is provided for general informational purposes only.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the official management of Cubbon Park or any governmental entity responsible for Cubbon Park.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by cubbonpark.life and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Application, except as generally necessary for using the Application for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Application will be accurate or reliable.

We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of our Application or any participant in events organized through our Application.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Application or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms or your use of the Application shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

The arbitration shall take place in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and shall be conducted in English.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Application and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had regarding the Application.
